i hear ya on the bein “poor” part jason!!!..there would be know way i could get into a AV 14-15 total system..lol…im using the general hydroponics 3 part nutes now with there carbo loader as well…the + about GH nutes is that there ph stable. is that green house your useing ph stable as well??…once again awesome info and video

Think about it this way, if your plant has 7 stems the top 5 will grow big and the bottom two will be much smaller as there is no sun hitting the leaves there, those buds will be much smaller in comparison to the higher ones. When you cut the bottom stems to lollipop the plant, there is approx the same energy coming from the lights/sun with same root mass and water/nutes then more energy is going to the top part of your plants.

some people say that it will focus more energy on the top buds but i don’t find that to be true. it dosn’t make sense.

Air can circulate around the plant/s easier.
The lower buds are generally smaller anyhow.

hey jason, i was wondering if you have ever thought of using aerated compost teas? they are supposed to be awsome, and they get rid of disease and pests on plants to!

Man,I can’t tell you how much my medicine has improved in sheer quality since starting to watch you vids about six months ago. Over all yield has considerably increased as well. Thank you so much for that. What are some advantages of using R.O. water (0-12ppm)/? Why is R.O. water much more acidic and aggressive?(it;s PH is a 4!) I think this really should be explored and opened up more. With R.O. you’re starting with a completely fresh palette having to add every essential ingredient.
